Everyone in the office is nice & professional. I've been insured with them for years. I've had only one problem (which was not in their control) however they fought for me to have my issue resolved and it was. Curtis was very nice and knowledgeable. You can tell they really care about you. I'm sticking with them for life!!

Finally relieved that I have found an Insurance Agent with great customer service. She displayed great customer service through our talks and displayed great knowledge of the different polices and was able to find one that was right for me. She also has responded quickly with every concern I had about my policy even months after talking to me and I appreciate that .
