Our company was founded by Ted Nowakowski, Jr. in 1984 and is still run as a family business today. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service and a landscape experience second to none.
Shore Property Maintenance offers complete landscaping maintenance services for both residential and commercial properties. Our primary goal is to protect and enhance the landscape and turf of community associations and homeowners.

Cut and join pipe, know the limitations of different piping systems, and understand basic hydraulics. Lay out and install piping and water delivery components; backflow prevention components; mechanical, hydraulic and electrical irrigation controls; and other irrigation system components. Understand good business practices; construction contracts and their legal rights and obligations; and licensing laws and codes in their state.
Experience has taught us that lush healthy turf is achieved through knowledgeable management, proactive planning and consistent quality control. Horticultural practices such as mow heights, aeration, fertilization and weed control need to be consistent throughout the season. Our 5 step fertilization process includes all the necessary controls and nutrients for a lush and beautiful yard.

I live at Bayfront at Rehoboth. Shore has had our contract here for at least three years. Their employees always seem to be in a hurry which affects the quality of work. They don't edge when their supposed to and at times have run the mower tires through the mulch. If your thinking of hiring this gang look somewhere else. You'll be better off.. Have complained several times to our HOA but it goes on in one ear and out the other. I have taken over most of my own lawn maintenance due to the fact that Shore just can't seem to get it right, and I'm not the only one.
