Take Route 95 North to the Spaulding Turnpike. Turn north on to the Turnpike and continue until its junction with Route 16 North. Take Route 16 North to Conway (approximately 75 miles). Just after the first set of traffic lights in Conway, follow Route 16 left at the second set of lights towards North Conway.

Yes, the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the duration of the lease. First considered a "reservation deposit, " it becomes a security/damage deposit once the rental has checked in. No, the deposit funds are taken in addition to rental money - first to hold the reservation, then as a damage deposit.
All cancellations are subject to the forfeiture of the $75.00 reservation fee + tax ($6.75), deposits and advance rents made on the reservation. Select Real Estate is not responsible for any owner cancellations except to the extent that we will try to relocate you in a similar property. Properties are inspected by our staff prior to and following your departure.
