Best cleaners I have ever been to. Prices are good, I have experienced cheaper prices but they don't offer as nice a place or as many amenities at no extra charge. 24 hour drop off and pick up, if it's after hours they send you a code for the door and a code to the locker your cloths are in. They keep your card information on file, so you don't have to keep giving it to them, and they offer pick up and drop off services to your house. First time ever my cloths came back from the cleaners smelling as good as they look. Absolutely love and recommend this place 100 percent. This

Had my husband take in two medium size blankets that you buy at Costco for $15.00 to be washed as our dog loves the cozy fuzzy blankets. Hubby didn't ask how much it would cost his fault, but he was charged $55 to wash two blankets insane! We are not talking high quality stuff here, they simply stuck them in an industrial washer and used Tide.

Total RIP OFF. Maybe ok for shirts, pants but forget bedding & blankets. I will never send anything there again to be be cleaned there is another dry cleaner across the parking lot that is a Mom and pop shop go there and support your local business

The corporation needs to look into the way the store managers hire, train and treat their employees! They hire very young, inexperienced people who no experience, never had customer service experience and expect them to work by themselves, handle rude nasty customers on their own and work with no breaks for minimum wage, that's crazy!

Extremely overpriced. I see zero reason to Not support a small mom and pop business over these guys. My average dry cleaning cost is about $15 and when I go to tide it's over 28 every time. Support small business and stop getting ripped off

Across the street is 17 dollars or 1.99 a shirt, same price is 34 at tide. I suggest there

Tide was offering free laundry service for front line responders during the pandemic and we decided to use their service for the first time. I brought a trash bag full of whites and a bag of my husbands work uniform. I drop them off on Saturday around noon and was told by the associate that they would be ready Tuesday morning which was perfect because my husband was off until Tuesday afternoon. I received an email and text stating our laundry was ready to be picked up on Tuesday at 8:30am. I went to go pick up my laundry around 11am. Long story short I got my bag of whites but they tried to tell

I have only stopped by this place once, looking for dry cleaners close by. I didnt get their services, but the reason I give 5 stars is because of the lady in the front. She knows their prices are expensive and she told me first thing how much I was expected to pay. I really appreciated it, because i wouldve fainted with my bill upon picking up. Thanks for your honesty!
The place is nice though!

The first time we ever came here we were a little freaked out by the employees coming out to our car practically before we could even put it in park...but now we see it as old fashioned good customer service! For example, Paloma greeted us with the biggest smile. My husband told her we are here for pick-up, gave her our name & she took off like a flash. She moved so quickly, we had to laugh. Perhaps because we are not used to millennials moving expeditiously. (No offense intended, just our truth). In this instance we turned in out son's suit jacket and pants for dry cleaning. The

I took several dresses here to be dry cleaned. After I picked them up, I noticed the tulle under skirt had been torn on one dress and rather then telling me or fixing it, the tulle had been knotted up! When I called, they insisted I would have to talk with a manager but there wasn't a manager available so I had to call back several times. When I was able to speak with a manager after several days, they agreed to have their seamstress fix it, so I dropped it back off. When I went to pick it up, they tried to charge me for the seamstress fee as well as for dry cleaning it again. It was a terrible

Don't bother wasting your time here. Since they acquired Delia's in Ahwatukee I started using them. In those few weeks since, they have 1) ruined one dress shirt, 2) lost another, 3) tried to include with my order upon pick up a bunch of table cloths that weren't mine and 4) broken more buttons (that they haven't fixed) than I had broken during the entire 10+ years I used Delia's. The best part is that their process supposedly includes inspecting buttons and fixing them but even when I asked the employee to make sure they fixed a button I pointed out as broken it still

Expensive anyhow , And, twice I used 20% off coupons they gave us and neither time did they apply the 20% off. Both times I asked them to insure they applied the coupons, both times they assured they would but did not either time. Time to find another cleaner

One of the few positive things I can say about this location is the outside kiosk that allows you to access your order after hours. Damaged MANY articles of clothing and was always refused to honor their claim with constant excuses. Will be advising those around me to refrain using this service.

WARNING! Do not take your dry cleaning to the Ahwatukee location. They have been sold recently and outsource their cleaning. They damaged my $160 sweater and are so disorganized it's taken 2 months to get a call from the corporate big wig only to tell me that if they decide to reimburse me, they only reimburse up to $100. Totally unacceptable especially since I was a VIP member that has spent thousands of dollars over the past 3+ years. Horrible customer service!

I have been coming here for the past 3 years because it's just so convenient and quick. I recently took a couple of items to get restored back to Black which on their menu board it is priced at $5. Nothing on it explains extra charges. Picked up the said items and was charged $29.98. AND the pants and dress I took looks worst than it did previously. The pants has some sort of white mark on it.

Needless to say, I wont be returning here for anything.

I've had a several unfortunate experiences with Tide Dry Cleaners in Ahwatukee. A month ago I brought in a brand new blue shirt to be dry cleaned. I came back a day or two later to pick it up, and found the collar of my blue shirt to be discolored, and therefore ruined. A woman named Paula came up to talk to me. She offered no explanation or apology, but politely asked me for the monetary value of the shirt. I presented them with the receipt in the amount of $70 for my shirt purchase. She said they would need to keep my shirt, and that I would get a "check in the mail in a week

I'm disappointed with the customer service. I just dropped off three suits and pointed out a spot that previously wasn't removed, and asked if they could focus on that spot, as well as a spot on another suit. Although the employee (tall with dreadlocks) was not rude or disrespectful to me, his indifference towards my request made me feel like I wasn't a customer, but instead someone asking a favor for free. I'm looking for a neighborhood dry cleaner where the employee can make the customer feel relevant; not like an anonymous child on an assembly line. If my suits come back

So I recently chose to use this place instead of my usual. They failed miserably on doing my "cowboy starch". This is super important to my livelihood and my work ethic. I send 100s of dollars a week to a place close to them, and considered moving to tide only! That will not be possible, I suggest if you require a heavy starching to go somewhere else. I'm sure they do "basic stuff" well, but my stuff requires better detail and attention. I can be reached at (520) 975-8832 for comment or questions

This place is great. I've used them about 8 times in the last month. Clothes are always well cleaned and neatly pressed. Employees are always professional and provide service with a mile.

Drop off before 9 am, and your clothes will be ready after 5 pm the same day

When you first use them, you get a dry cleaning bag you can use to drop off that has a bar code inside that links to your information. Makes dropping off a breeze, and is great for the night drop box so you know your clothes will be under your account.

Put a credit card on file, and you can use their automated kiosk (think clothing

I can't say enough good things about this Tide Dry Cleaners. They make my life so much easier. I use them several times a week for my husbands work shirts. They give you a bag that links to a credit card on file. You can drop off and pick up your clothes any time using the kiosk.
The employees are friendly and come to your car to get your bag or return your clothes. My best advice is to get 2 bags. This way you can always pick up when you are dropping off.
They do a good job and have gotten out any stains. They say if you drop off by 9am, you can pick up the same day. The only complaint

Awesome place!!

I don't have much experience in dry cleaning. Usually, I drop off the clothes and in 3-5 days it's ready to be picked up. So it's easy to see why I am so impressed with this place!

First... Same day service if you drop off your clothes before 9am! I dropped off a suit, two pants, a dress shirt and two ties and they were all done by 5pm.

Second, they have a membership program, so the more you dry clean, the more rewards you earn, and the more discounts you get.

Third, when you have a credit card on file, they'll give you a tide laundry bag that you can use

Have you ever heard of a dry cleaners that has a Rewards Program? No? Well me either; but Tide Dry Cleaners has one.

And they have 24-hr drop off and pick-up services.

And they are a green business.

I wondered years ago why dry cleaners never improved their business models.
Well, here is one that has improved. And improved significantly.

Walking in the store it does not smell of chemicals or dirty, musty clothes. It smells fresh & clean. A good sign, right?

Some things you just can't clean yourself. Some things you must leave to the professionals.

TIDE Dry Cleaners are the professionals
