Holy moly, what great service! Had a lock unexpectedly fail on a Thursday night, they were able to get the job done at 8am on Saturday! They responded immediately to my Yelp request - so impressed!

Absolutely wonderful service! I got a message from Elite within minutes. The technician, Keith, was faced with one stripped bolt and a broken bolt which had to be removed to enable the installation of a smart lock. It took time and patience but he did it! The charge was reasonable. I recommend Elite Locksmiths without reservation.

We recently bought a August lock and we were trying to replace the old lock by ourselves. But after many attempts we were unable to open the screw. We called elite locksmiths and they responded in no time. Philip is the guy who contacted us and came on time to fix the lock. He was very professional and fixed the lock in no time. Called Monday for our AirBnB rental while we were out of town- I appreciated that they were able to come out to the property promptly the next morning. They were not able to fix the lock, so they took it with them to find a replacement. Mario, my tech, was a poor communicator - it took him a half dozen calls to establish what seemed like we could have gotten done in a single call, which was frustrating as I was traveling on vacation with family and had to constantly step outside to try to work with Mario.
