I have worked with both Buck Crosthwaite and Dan Cachia for a couple of years now and among the things that separate them from other staffing companies is the frequency of contact and the desire to find not just a job but the right place for their people.
The other thing that was a nice touch was their willingness to keep in touch even after I had hired in to the company they placed me at. It's these personal touches that make me believe I'm a member of their family and not just a paycheck to them. When I left my last company my first call was to Dan to have him put me back in the system.

I've worked at contract firms before that maintain little contact with me.
