Twice I have tried to do business with them. Both times I called during business hours only to be directed to leave a message. The first call was a inquiry as to whether they did repairs to pressure washers. I never received a return call.
Today I left a message asking if a lawnmower on their website was available. Again, no call back. I bought the same mower at Hopf’s.

I took them 2 zero turn mowers for repair. One wouldn't pull uphill and the others motor wouldn't run. On the first one them changed and flushed the trans fluid ($300). The second they said they fixed the motor, but it needed a trans flush and new blades($300). The first one still won't pull uphill. The second I had to take back. $400's later them fixed the motor. All I wanted was for them to fix my mowers!! I didn't need all the extra work done. They wouldn't help me on the cost, seeing I had to bring it back, very frustrating...

As a new homeowner we decided to buy a riding lawn mower and thought it'd be better to buy a used one from a store than a stranger on Facebook. we bought a cub cadet trade in for $600. the mower started, the blades engaged, we took it home. we turned it on at home and engaged the blades and they started hitting each other. we turned it off and spoke with them about the issue. He said to bring it back and they'll look at it. They had it for a week and said something about a spring broke and they put on new blades free of charge. They said they tested the mower and engaged the blades and all was

No company is perfect, I understand, but this particular company lacks in customer service something awful! The product line is very good and prices are just ok, but the “meet and greet” at the door is unbelievably sad! Don’t be shocked when you’re standing on the showroom and no one approaches you until YOU flag them down.

A-1 Power Equipment is wonderful to deal with! I did not have a great experience trying to purchase locally so I searched my greater area and found A-1 online. Tom was awesome and very easy to work with. The prices were great and was lucky enough to buy on an additional promo recently as well.
