It took 5 months to get my awning and the installation is still not complete and awning is unusable? Installer won't communicate with me? sais he's going to finish job but doesn't show up or call? Had a 3 way… call with sales (owner?) and installer and he said it would be done before Sept. 5th and today is Sept. 7th. No text or phone call still the same. there is a gap between the house and the awning and rain comes thru? Also the wiring is exposed, looks like it was dragged on road during transport as it is exposed and scuffed in several areas.

We recently had an awning installed over our balcony and love it! Absolute Awnings was a pleasure to deal with. They are very upfront and honest. They do not try to upsell you on additional sensors or features. Steve, the installer is very nice and was a pleasure to deal with. Was able to maintain an entirely contactless estimate and install!

This company is the worst! After installing 2 awnings, one collapsed in less than 24 hrs. They told me they were not warrantied against wind damage but I was not there and couldn't verify that. They refused to come out to look at the awning without charging me. All they did was send me legal documents of how they weren't responsible. I had to get another company to take care of me and they said the awnings were improperly mounted. I will be suing this company soon.

We were in Absolute Awe at the workmanship and experience with Charl, Elsa, Guy, and everyone at Absolute Awnings. Our remote-controlled louvered roof was installed and we thoroughly enjoyed it for 2 months. Then, we unexpectedly put our house on the market. The louvered roof was instrumental in the sale of our home and the new owners enjoy it also. Bravo!

The local contractor on my awning was rude and incompetent. I had to hire a separate contractor to repair the work he did after he and absolute awnings refused to repair a sagging awning. They claimed it was due to the condition of the wood. However, it turned out to be due to shoddy craftsmanship, e.g. Using wood screws to secure an awning instead of lag bolts, missing rafters entirely, failing to complete tighten the screws, etc.

This is a company that I can tell cares about their customers. Charles exercised extreme patience with me in selecting the fabric for my awning! I don’t make decisions easily;) The product arrived in the time frame given and was installed promptly. When I later had questions about the wind sensor, Elsa was attentive in getting my concerns addressed.

I live in Arizona and contacted Charles of Absolute Awnings through a Google search. I was attracted to them because they seemed to have the product that would fit my need, a rolling shutter over a window. Charles responded to my inquiry with an email that said they don't bait and switch, they don't expect to have any negotiating from me, as well as committing they could have the product delivered and installed in 10 days to 2 weeks.
Charles was responsive by email but difficult to connect with by phone. Once I had agreed to the price estimate he gave me, his installer, Bear, came to our house

This is a review for my experience with Absolute Awnings Atlanta. I finally have my awning delivered and installed and paid for after 8-10 weeks from start to finish. The product is satisfactory but the customer service was highly lacking.
Charles (the owner) was very professional when he came to my home for the initial measurements. However the installation and follow through could not have been worse. The product was delivered and installed by Ellis (Absolute Awnings Atlanta's contractor for the last 5 plus years). Ellis is capable however does not have the foresight to install the product
