Services
After graduation from Baylor Law School, Andy served as a law clerk to the Honorable William M. Steger, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Texas, for a period of three years. In 2005, Andy had the honor of serving as the Chairman of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas.
