The glass in my sunroof completely blew off one day (how, I have no idea). I contacted a place recommended by my mechanic and went to see them. After putting me off week after week of "the glass is still now in yet" I finally took it to them, and they called me hours later to say it was the wrong glass and they could not fix it.

I had spoken to Heather a whole week before scheduling an appointment to get a sunroof installed in my pick up truck and she confirmed the date and time. So I followed up with her 3 days before the appointment time and date and i was told that the sunroof department was so packed and I was told to reschedule the appointment. I had planned out my work schedule around this appointment because it was gonna take 2 to 3 days to get it done. If it wasn't for me that I followed up with Heather to make sure everything was good to go I wouldn't have known that I wasn't gonna be able to get the sunroof installed

I can’t say enough great things about American Sunroof. Shelia and the staff are super friendly and did beyond amazing work for me. Custom leather on my jeep. American sunroof gave me excellent service and did a great job of repairing my sunroof glass and shade. I attempted to get my repairs done at three dealerships only to be told they could not repair this sunroof and to try elsewhere. Others promised to call me back and didn't. I went to another sunroof repair company who only directed me back to the dealer. I finally found American Sunroof on Yelp and I'm glad I did. From the time I arrived they were very knowledgeable, understanding, customer service oriented, and accommodating. They didn't give me the run around or make promises

I made appointment for Saturday morning for a new upholstery in my Chevrolet truck. They got me in and fixed up quick. Amazing job! Looks incredible. Very happy with my new interior. No BS, just solid work.

Called to have the webbing replaced on my back seatbelts. Dog chewed them. New car so nothing wrong with the mechanism. Companies online advertise doing this all of the time. Owner of this shop says he can't because it is against the law and I must pay for a complete replacement. When I told him that is not what others have said, he says he has done it this way for 30 years. Hmmm...

I would NOT recommend American Sunroof Upholstery for anything beyond upholstery. After agreeing to a few upgrades, including a backup camera with a navigation system "thrown in" by my dealership, my car was taken to American Sunroof Upholstery. I was so unhappy with how it turned out. They installed a cheap looking, conspicuous backup camera via a very obvious bracket on the back of the car. They actually drilled new holes into my car! It honestly looks like I ordered a two hundred dollar camera from Amazon and installed it myself. Even worse, they added a tacky button with a visible

I wanted a new interior in my latest restoration and took my vehicle to 3 places in Dallas for estimates. One of the 3 was that place made famous recently by a TV show. What a waste of time that turned out to be. When I visited ASU the staff was excited to assist me in every way, understood immediately what I wanted and worked with me offering suggestions and guidance. I was in need of serious repair work on the leather seats of my 1997 Chevy Silverado. The drivers seat was totally shredded, while the passenger seat was severely cracked. I shopped around for a good price, but I also wanted dealership quality. I was referred to American Sunroof Upholstery by a friend and was very satisfied with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. The price was very reasonable for quality leather, and the turn around time was even better!
