Eric was great. I had just gone through a divorce and then had to file bankruptcy. He was gracious, knowledgeable and I was able to get my bankruptcy completed with ease. It was a tough time and he made it as pleasant as an experience as could be.

Erik Atzbach was our Bankruptcy Attorney. Erik was a cordial, thorough, caring and pleasant Attorney to work with. During this difficult period Erik was empathic to my needs and aggressive in pursuit of my case. It does take a bit of getting used to get back to using snail mail as Erik does not communicate by email yet. Although this was frustrating at times I was very impressed with his availability by phone, many times answering it himself . All in all very professional and effective

Well it took that little tidbit below to actually get this guy to call. When he found out I was firing him he got hostile and basically hung up. The next day when I called he got on the phone, hostile, and let me know that he wouldn't be giving back any of our unused retainer. The only thing this guy has done was meet with us once and hand us a packet of papers to fill out. When I did ask them to help and e-mail me a second copy of the papers as ours were covered in corrections (this is why we hired an attorney because if we knew how to do this ourselves we would have) his secretary

BEWARE, THIS GUY IS THE AMBULANCE CHASER OF BANKRUPTCIES. They rarely answer their phone, no answering machine, no email. To get them to return a call I actually had to leave a negative review on Google and then he couldn't deal with answering questions and hung up...after of course copping attitude. Mr. Atzbach is deceitful and dishonest and when confronted will get hostile or go hide in his office. I've accepted I won't get any of my retainer back, we paid in full after our "free consult", but this scam artist couldn't even provide us with a bill or statement detailing
