We bought our house from Cory Hatfield last fall. We chose to purchase our house without a realtor, and to do business with Cory directly. That turned out to be a very good decision. Doing business with Cory was an amazingly stress-free experience. He is a man of integrity and honesty. He kept every promise he made during the process. His asking price for the house was very fair, especially considering the market at the time. The construction and finishes in the house are beautiful. We have been here for six months now and living in this house is such a joy. We have no regrets about the whole process
