Boston Bowl

We went to play tenpin for a family members birthday for his first time. The three of us were told by the girl with blond hair and glasses all the tenpin lanes were reserved for people coming in 30 minutes from now and we can use candlepin. I joked and said with a smile "aw man all of the lanes.. is there a tournament going on?" But she just looked at me straight face and slightly rolled her eyes, turned to the shoe wall and asked us our shoe size. There was one tenpin lane being used at the time and their group left shortly after we got there. We played 3 rounds of candlepin with no one else bowling

If I could give this place no stars because the staff there is the rudest people I have come across especially to a 3 year old. I don’t know how they can live with themselves for what they did to a little girl. It is not of we were asking them to out of there way or anything. Just take 30 seconded and give girl her prize instead of standing around and doing nothing then try to justify by saying your staff is busy when clearly you weren’t. I would just classify you as lazy. After all it was a lousy 10 cent toy

We went on a week day. Really nice people working there. They helped set up the rails on the candlepin side for the kids. They also had a ball slide for really little kids to line up the ball and let it roll down. We had a blast, I would recommend to anyone looking for a little family fun.

I was dissapointed by their arcade, it was tiny and cramped and so many of the games weren't working. The bowling was fine really, no complaints there.

Always to busy. I get it you do reservations but what about first come first serve it’s a bowling alley for god sakes… to get reservations make sure you call a week+ in advance. Looks decent from I’ve seen only reason I give it 3***

7/30: Made reservations through the website, super easy to use. I personally love reservation systems and was happy to see one on the website. We Showed up a little early and got to our lane right away. The staff was super friendly and professional. We bowled 3 games of 10 pin it was a blast. Ordered food and beverages and everything was soo good! The beer pitchers are clutch. There was a camp of some sort on the candlepin side. Had to be 70 kids minimum. The staff handled all of them extremely well, i was impressed. We bowled a game of candlepin after the kids left.

All around good time. Prices are average, employees are friendly, it's super clean and sanitized. Not one complaint.

Very clean and love going however the last few times we have tried to go, they have been so busy. And in order to rent a lane it was extremely expensive and not worth it. During last visits we have spent hours bowling and had food there (during covid pandemic). Staff were quick friendly and location was very clean. I wish they had a better policy on how to rent lanes during busy times.

Had a great afternoon here with my Nephew for his birthday! Luigi was very friendly and accommodating. He explained all the different programs and specials they have, which I had no idea about. We will definitely be back!

Staff is super friendly but the mixed drinks prices were out of control. For a mixed drink with two alcohols was $12! And a class of cheap wine was $10? The bottle cost 7!!!! Not happy.

Bowling was fun and the staff were super friendly.

Fun place to take the grandkids. The fact that you can keep the socks made me chuckle. The bowling alleys have bumpers (if you want them) which makes for fewer gutter balls (for youngsters and grandpa as well).

The grandkids had fun bowling but also always had one eye on the arcade that had a few games of chance and a few of skill.

Overall a nice family oriented place.

I signed my kids up for kids bowl free and purchased the family pass only to drive all the way to the bowling alley and have them tell me they don't honor the program the same day as sign up & purchase. No where during the sign up & purchase does it say no same day using. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 kids who were going for lunch & to bowl a couple of games. The manager said we would have to pay again or come back tomorrow. Very poor customer service. We left. Won't be back.

We booked a lane online in case it was going to be busy since it was a Friday night (on school vacation week!). We arrived about 15 minutes early and they gave us the choice to start our two hour window early or to wait until 6. We chose to start right away, they gave us our shoes and assigned us our lane. We ordered food and asked when we should check back and they told us they would deliver it over to our table when it was ready. The food was ready quick and was delivered over to us, which was very convenient and nice of them to offer. From the very first person we encountered to the very last

This place is absolutely horrendous. I came here on a Thursday night with my girlfriend and her friend. We all pay $10 each for the unlimited bowling. We all wanted to enjoy a night and get some beer while we enjoy our bowling. The bartender was absolutely rude and disgusting. She had a horrendous customer service and didn't know how to treat people correctly. They also said they called last call and hour before last call was supposed to be called therefore they were not serving us any beer. Then an hour later a message comes across over the loudspeaker saying last call. This is absolutely

Boo. Small lanes,high prices on bowling and food, no billiard table. Go to Dorchester, MUCH better.

A fabulous family entertainment experience as we stumbled upon the annual Bowlapalooza!!! From the crazy contests (um hello? father/daughter victory dance contest ) to the **free** food (the pizzas are out of this world!) we were super surprised and super pleased! I'd highly suggest a pitcher of their special brew... we had the Deadwood seasonal. Delish!

Finally, our kids were so incredibly excited and had an amazing time. We were in the middle of the crowd on Lane 17 and between the music and lasers, it was an 8 year old girls dream! That's what matters!!!

Wowey Zooey! What a blast at Boston Bowl! My friend Ian and I walked but little did we know that it was BOWLAPALOOZA! From the dance competition, to the free food, to the backwards bowl competitions (not to mention affordable prices) we had a fantastic time over in lane 8! I definitely know where I'll be coming whenever I have some *spare* time on my hands!!!

This place is ridiculously over priced on everything. The staff is very rude and unpleasant. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes just to order a beer because the staff were too busy talking to pay attention to customers. The operation hours say they are open until midnight but on several occasions my friends and I were being forced out by 11. The staff starts cleaning and clearing everything around us at 1030 and giving us dirty glares making us feel uncomfortable. The group next to us left early because of this. This service sucks and unprofessional and over priced. I won't be going back

Expensive... Hours need to be changed if you are gunna push us out an hour early. We had a big group and they started cleaning around us at 10:30. One of the people in our group were asked to not sit on the booth because one of the employees wanted to clean it... are you kidding me?

It is crazy expensive. The staff is very rude. And they start cleaning up and forcing you at 10:30. You need to change your hours if your not going to stay open until 12. This happened several times. Time to find a better place to spend our money.

Everything is really top notch here. It's great the have 10 pin and candlepin bowling. It's great that you can get beers and food. The pizza is actually pretty good. The arcade is actually reasonably priced. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because I do think it is a bit overpriced.

What can I say? It's a clean bowling alley. They do have a bar, and they serve their own micro brew. It would be nice if there was a waitress or bus person to deliver food and drink. They also hand out complimentary socks with shoe rentals. Bonus star! It's not upscale like Kings, but otherwise everything was fine.

DO NOT GO HERE. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Someone brought in 1 beer in the bathroom and one lady with black hair who works there interrogated everyone as if she was a police officer. They were unbelievably rude I cannot even believe it. I will never go back again so unacceptable. BTW they turn the lights on at 11 pm and its last call, have fun! You wont tho.

Came here the day after Christmas with friends and their families. There were 6 of us. We played a couple of strings. This bowling alley isn't as big as the one in Boston but it definitely has a newer flare.

The seating is a little awkward but wasn't too bad. It can only fit so many people in one place.

The bathroom was relatively clean and the staff were friendly so that's always a PLUS.

We had a lot of fun here and it seemed like a good place to come back to when you're with family or friends, for young or old. Nice vibes!
