I got a quote and thought the price was fair so I confirmed I wanted the service and signed the work order that day. Told me they would call when they were coming out and it would be around two weeks. Never came out, never called. Started looking for other certified arborists to find out they aren't even certified. I found a company that had certified arborists and similar pricing and went with them.

Carlos and his team did a great job caring for the trees in my yard. They removed one entire large, old, dead oak tree and were careful not to damage the surrounding property or landscaping. Carlos and team were professional and courteous, and the price was reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend Certified Tree Care.
