Kelly completed her Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates instructor training in 2016 under Jessica Gradhandt at Thrive Physical Therapy and Pilates studio in Boise, Idaho. Jessica studied under Nora St. John, the founder of world renowned Balanced Body University. Kelly provides private training to clients in her own Pilates studio.
She loves to see people of all ages and movement abilities who have tried other forms of exercise, discover how the Pilates method helps them to improve their posture, feel stronger, more balanced, and reduce pain, as new movement patterns are introduced. She particularly enjoys working with the active aging body and addressing the challenges of remaining active and moving for this population.

Services
Your first session will involve a discussion of your current goals and health history. Most likely we will begin moving with some Pre-Pilates and beginning level exercises to assess movement patterns. The Pilates method is designed to work from the inside out, so be patient. With your commitment and consistency, you will see and feel results.

Kelly at Pilates Boise has been my favorite instructor I have found for Pilates. She is very knowledgeable, professional and always shows up for my sessions prepared. She has helped me build strength, balance and flexibility. She has a plethora of equipment and ideas which keeps the time spent interesting and dynamic. For me, I want to age gracefully and keep my balance, strength and my brain working well. She is amazing!!

Working with Kelly twice each week has quickly become the key for a healthy personal life rhythm. As my body becomes more flexible & strong, it feels more my own. Kelly is so incredibly knowledgeable that our sessions even increase my mental stamina as, for the first time in my almost fifty years, I am learning how to breathe & stay present in each unfolding moment - in & out of the studio!

I recently moved to Boise and found Kelly (Pilates Boise) by searching for instructors certified by the Pilates Method Alliance. To my surprise, she was the only certified instructor in southern Idaho. I have been practicing with Kelly now for 3 months 1-2 times per week in her studio and she has exceeded my expectations.
She takes full advantage of utilizing her Pilates equipment to ensure a unique and balanced full-body workout each session. (Reformer, Tower, Barrel, Chair and other accessories) Kelly works with me to ensure that the exercises are appropriate for my skill level yet challenges
