This is the second time we’ve used this company after being told by two other companies that we need a new system. These technicians are honest and come and fix the problem and don’t try to sell a new system. I love how honest and friendly they are. I will always be using Kent Witham Air. KWA installed our ductless heat pump system ten years ago and have always provided us with prompt, friendly and professional service. When one of our heat pump heads starting having issues with the AC on a Friday before a record setting hot weekend, Kent came the same day and fixed the problem. We were so grateful and cool. First used Kent's company ten years ago when purchasing a new furnace for a total remodel: he bid the absolutely lowest price and supplied a highest-quality product. Service was excellent--- timely and reasonable.
