M & M Barn Sales began as a partnership between Bill McCoy and Jere Martin in 1976. In 1985 Jere and Margie Martin purchased sole ownership of the company and provided quality post-frame construction for the residential, agricultural, and light commercial markets. In 2008 M & M Barns converted to a strictly retail operation.
Since that time the company is in its second generation of ownership and has expanded into a much more diverse product offering. Our mission is live by the Golden Rule, and to make each customer's buying experience as pleasant as possible. As stated on our home page, we desire to never leave a customer unsatisfied.

Between our in-house estimators and our suppliers, we will do our very best to provide an accurate roofing quote. Please provide us with drawings, measurements, roof pitches, and desired roofing material.
We ask that that customers call ahead if they wish to speak in depth with any of our staff regarding material specs, quotes, obtaining samples, etc. as our staff if generally very busy with processing orders that have already been placed. Due to low staff on Saturdays we are not able to process a quote/material list from start to finish.
We stock wire mesh, rebar, building stakes, tie wire, Quikrete, expansion joint, Sono Tubes, and Footer Pads. 8" 2-core, 8" 3-Core Block as well as lintels, cap blocks, ODM mortar mix, and Foundation Coating. Miscellaneous footer and post attachment solutions including the full line of Perma-Column products, Post Protectors, and BigFoot Pier Footings.

We have 3 forlkifts and will get you on your way FAST! You can call, fax, or email your orders. Time is money, why waste it by driving all over to buy your materials?
Don't worry, we've got you covered! We are reducing on ground inventory in preparation for winter, but we can still fill your order fast! If we don't have enough in stock, we can generally fill the balance of your order by Friday of every week. So, give us a few days and in most cases we will have you taken care of.
