Annette, a Devils Lake native, grew up riding an ATC90 three-wheeler and has the scars to prove it. She has been riding street bikes since 1989 and has fond memories of her first bike, a Honda GB500. Annette and Dusty are the proud parents of two daughters. Dusty has been a motorcycle enthusiast and rider since 1976 (you do the math-he looks young for his age).
Thanks to Shawn and his guys for not giving up on the 1999 Honda bf130. Then engine has been running for 3 years at 4700 RPM and others either didn't want to touch it or couldn't figure it out. Turns out a valve adjustment recovered 800 RPM and it now runs at 5500 RPM. Thanks for your diligent efforts to revive the engine!

Great place. Helpful and friendly service. Purchased motorcycles, an ATV, lawnmower, accessories, and had service work done to one of my cycles in the past. Always seemed to be straight forward and easy to talk to. Everyone has an off day but I have yet to experience it here. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I bought a honda grom from dusty, he made the process very easy and very fast excellent experience with sales I have bought many parts from open road as well and they always go out of there way too help me. I have purchased numerous items from Dusty at open road Honda and I have always been treated more than fair and professionally. My most recent experience is I went on a bike trip with Dusty adventure riding. I had issue with fork seal leaking due to crud getting in there. Dusty was on the phone talking to his people to research a better possible seal immediately that day. He was also outside the next morning wiping the forks off. I never asked him to do this but that’s CUSTOMER service. Upon the end of trip he called me and set up time for tires service and the seals. Being I’m a hundred miles

Shawn can be lack of a better word, unprofessional. He talks in circles. He constantly insists that I buy new or I need to fix something. If I'm not spending money, I'm worthless to him. Pushing the customer into purchasing is a lousy way to get a fan base & business. I'll take my business somewhere else other than here - avoid Shawn at all costs.
Update: Of course you're going to be biased and say "Shawn is an awesome manager", he's your employee. How he projects himself to his employer and to customers can be very different, which I hope you wouldn't be naive about. Simply put, I don't plan

Had a crack in my fron tire after a good day of riding. Called oved and was told to bring it by. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. For a kid that is 17 he was knowledgeable and helpful. Also held his sales stance and carried himself extremely professional manner. Was in an out in under 45 min. Thanks guys..

I love this place! The guys are here are all great, super helpful, really nice people all around. Decent prices for everything from parts to gear to accessories, wheelers, bikes, generators, motorcycles, lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc. I have done business with these guys for over 10 years & it's the only place I will take my Honda stuff for work to be done on them. These guys are great!
