Have been through more IT companies than I care to remember over the years for my business. I was sick and tired of the lack of response, “geek speak” and condescending tone being the norm. Fantastic Small Business Support! Potomac Computer Services reviewed our entire system after the company we had been with for years became very unresponsive. We contacted Potomac Computer Services because our (now previous) IT company was not being responsive and had not addressed several open issues that we were aware of. Stewart and Matt visited our office the following day and not only addressed the known issues quickly but we also took advantage of their complimentary systems analysis.

I spoke to both Matt and Stewart about the problems I was having with my work computers. They offered a free small business analysis and this is where so many issues I thought the "Geeks" had fixed were found. Not only did they get everything up and running properly, they set up a proper online back-up system and I feel a LOT more confident in the security and safety of my work data.

I had four people come out to fix the problem with my computer and nothing worked. I didn't want to go back to another large company and started researching and found Potomac Computer Services. My GO TO company for computer problems. =) I have known the owner for many many years and when I recently had computer issues, I dropped off my computer knowing that it was in great hands.
