RC Uniforms

Staff is horrible, orders that I have placed have taken an average of a month to come in. One of the items says it has been fulfilled but I never received it. Nobody will answer the phone if you try to call or return emails if you email them so I drove 30 minutes to go out there and they had none of the schools items in stock except adult XL shirts (for middle school students). As I waited in line to ask about my order, a young lady came out and told a group of women that it was their fault they hadn't received their orders because they shouldn't have waited until the last minute. RC is a wonderful environment. The prices of the uniforms has nothing to do with the employees and I commend specifically Victoria Rojas, Janelle Sumbeling, Alison Miller, and Jordan Rill who were doing their jobs and getting everything done, even with the amount of people coming into the store. All the employees are hard working and dedicated. They each try their best to be efficient and only satisfy the needs of all the customers. All have kind and welcoming smiles that made my experience at RC easy and memorable. I will definitely be returning!!

RC uniforms has amazing service. The people who work there are so sweet and the environment is super friendly. We were in and out super fast and it was very efficient.

I staff was very efficient and accommodating. They made sure I got what I needed very quickly and were overall very amiable despite the influx of costumers at the rush hour. I appreciated their advice on what sizes to get, as the advice led to my purchase of items that not only fit me, but made me look professional in my school environment. I loved the staff and will definitely be returning for more experiences like this one.

These Google reviews cannot possibly be true!! I have never written a review before and this is literally my first one because this is the worst place to shop. I understand that there is a rush at the beginning of school, but this has been a frustrating experience. We had to order all of my sons uniforms because they had nothing available. That was Aug.7th. I haven't heard anything about the order. They DO NOT answer the phone. They DO NOT return calls when you leave a message, and they do not answer emails.

Wow! This place is over priced but my child has to wear a uniform. The vibe was total chaos and the line out the door, but the workers were helpful and encouraging. Try and get there in the summer if you are in need of a school uniform. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, but it wouldn't help to bring in a note which says what is needed.

From the minute i walked in, i was greeted graciously by these wonderful young ladies. One of them even offered to help me help my daughter get uniforms for her new school. As new parents to Catholic school, the young saleswoman made herself available to us and even shared her experiences of getting uniforms. We have never felt so welcome. All of the ladies were so kind and devoted so much attention to us despite the crowds. Even through the chaos, i was amazed how they were able to juggle all the customers and help many individually at the same time. I will definitely be returning and cannot thank

My daughter's school requires their entire uniform come from this business, otherwise I wouldn't shop here. If you have another option read the reviews and take the advice. I normally don't write reviews, but I've attempted to contact RC by phone, email, their websites contact option, and even FB Messenger to no avail. We placed an order at the beginning of August and haven't received ANY information for the order. Very busy store beginning of the school year but as busy as it was the staff were still very helpful and friendly. I’m still waiting on the jacket I ordered but they’ll contact me when in stock so that I can go get it. Overall an ok experience, I recommend.

I really hate writing negative review, but they really left me no choice. I started a online order with this company in july of over $150.00. Long story short, it is now January of the next year, and after countless emails phone calls everything, I am STILL having issues with them. My order took over 1 month and a half to get to me, and not even the entire order. Nothing fit, they would never return emails or phone calls, and when I finally was able to get iit returned, they tried to use excuse after excuse of why they wouldn't give me a refund or even store credit. I have never been treated

Well it was time for new scrubs again so I decided to shop around. I hate ordering online because of being vertically challenged (short).

This place is located beside the career center down from Goodwill- same strip mall.

Man, was I glad I found it! They carry many different uniforms: school, chef, etc... Many different styles and brands. Even my favorite:KOI.

They have several clearance racks as well as a few shoes and assorted items. I ended up spending less than $200 and getting 4 sets! Best thing was- the in- house alterations for $10! And they were ready for pick up the very next day.

Called ahead to say I needed embroidery done by Friday am was told to drive out (30 min away) and she will look at the logo and could likely do it in time. Arrived, staff went back to speak to embroiderer who didn't even come speak to me or look at my logo and was told no. Horrible customer service! I would have never driven there if I wasn't told on the phone 30 min prior to come by.

I work as a nurse in Daytona Beach and it is always worth the trip up to Jacksonville to shop here. They have great customer service and really good high quality products. I also love being able to buy and then have my scrubs embroidered at the same location. They take care of every need at RC and the pricing is also very fair, good scrubs are not cheap, cheap scrubs are cheap.

Very high prices for school uniforms and I have no idea why they would be closed the Sunday before school starts and tax free weekend!

Just got some uniforms for the first time as our school used SunshineUniforms till last school yr. After comparing the fabric from Sunshine, I am so sad to find out that the old ones are even a lot better, brighter colors, still look new even after using them for a year. RC's are so faded from the polos,Jackets and the Oxford ones are see-through!!! What the h*ck!! Much better quality from Sunshine. We had issues with the ordering with Sunshine Uniforms but the quality of their uniforms is much superior than RC's. RC's look and feel cheap... Sad to say...

Customer service is not their specialty. I went to return a lab coat I still had the tag on AND the plastic wrap covering it. They refused to take it back stating they needed both a receipt and the card it was on. I didn't have the receipt (common retail event) and they didn't even offer store credit! Sorry but that's not how you treat your customers. But considering how empty they were on a Saturday, they must not know how to care for their customers (if any). I'll drive across town for my scrubs before I walk back in there!!

I took my children in for uniforms and they did not have their size, so we tried on samples then placed an order for their uniforms. OVER ONE MONTH later (after school already started) They called and said the uniforms were in. I pick them up, get them home and they are ALL the wrong size! I try to return them and guess what??? NO returns on uniforms that have been embroidered with the school logo. I hate this place for making me waste over $150.

I wish their were another option for my children's school uniforms!! I had to place an order for my kids uniforms because the didn't have them in stock. I only received partial order. I had to call back 3 weeks later to find out where my other pieces were,if I had not called I probably would have NEVER heard from them. Also the price for a shirt $20 each you'd think they'd be able to hire more help.

Incredible service. Not the cheapest but the service and know is well worth it!
The store is already setup for all the schools requiring uniforms which was great but the lady who helped us knew her stuff. Our 9 yr is tough to buy for, she's tall, etc.
She really took the burden off our shoulders and ran with it without being pushy.
We will DEFINITELY be back!
