Services
Solar shade Collection is designed to filter light, control heat and glare while delivering significant reductions in solar heat gain. All of our sunscreen fabrics are made of polyester or fiberglass yarn blends that are coated with vinyl then weaved in varying densities of openness from 1% (opaque weave) to 5% (extremely open weave).
Colonial shutters have stationary louvers or blades. They are hinged on the side and open to the outside of the window where they are held in place with a latch. These shutters are intended to give the look of a Colonial Estate. The blade spacing is 1 3/4, allowing for visibility and light. While providing a traditional look, they can also be closed in front of the window to provide protection from flying debris during a storm or hurricane.

Our strength has been rigorously tested and certified and span industry leading widths up to 262" and heights up to 360". I recently ordered shutters for my home through Shutters Portland. Charles and the gentlemen who installed the shutters were wonderful to work with . I am extremely pleased with how my home looks after the shutters were installed. The shutters are a perfect finish to the remodel I did a few years ago. They are beautifully built and the attention to detail is amazing. I would definitely recommend Shutters Portland to anyone looking for a truly well built and quality product.

I cannot recommend Shutters Portland more highly.
I originally reached out to Charles for advice and guidance. I had ordered shutters from another vendor for our entire house. The first half of the shutters were installed, and they looked terrible. The owner of the company brushed off my concerns and would not address the problem. Very long story short, I contacted Charles and he took the time to come to our house to view the shutters. He explained that they had been ordered incorrectly and what exactly I needed to request for them to be corrected. Charles did not charge me his time and thankfully

I had a great experience with Shutters Portland. Charles was very helpful with the selection of the best shutters for our windows. Dustin was very professional and he made it so easy the assembly and installation. I appreciate how Dustin follows the CDC Covid guidelines for the care and safety of his customer. Charles and Brian did a great job from day one. Charles came out to measure all our windows and gave us a quote same day for the new shutters. His communication was always prompt and never left us in the dark during the whole process. Brian did a great job during installation and was very respectful and professional. We love our new plantation shutters and highly recommend Shutters Portland!

We used Shutter Portland for storm shutters on all our windows and doors for our dispensary, Green Goddess Remedies. They work great and have given us peace of mind that our business is safe and secure. I used Shutters Portland to install security screens at my home in 2018 and it was a pleasure working with Charles and his crew. Charles was responsive, informative and professional, and his crew was reliable and respectful. Because I would no longer have access to my exterior window trim once the screens were installed, I needed to refinish the trim on all of my windows. Charles was very patient as it took me the entire summer to complete the project. I highly recommend Shutters Portland.
