Working with Shelley has been great! When I talked to her on the phone she was very friendly and easy to talk too. She answered my questions and made suggestions where to vacation with my family based on the information I shared with her and once that was decided recommended things to do. Shelley was such an amazing person to work with. She did quite a bit of research for us when we weren’t sure where to go or what flights we wanted. She answered every question we had, in a great timely manner and kept us up to date on everything. She sent us a cute little travel pack that had our itineraries in it and a bag to keep us organized before we left. She sent a Cute can coozie etc as well.
