I hate to do this but maybe it will get their attention. I ordered spirit shirts and sweatshirts threw cpl Middlebrooke for my kids. I waited so patiently while they sent one or two items at a time Bc the rest were back ordered. Finally we only needed one more item my sons xsmall navy sweatshirt. But we never got it. I called the school who informed me that the first orders were done . I contacted the t shirt place. All I wanted was my sons sweatshirt the weather is getting cold. 3 times I called and the first 2 times I was told the boss was busy for me to call back later or they took my name and

What can I say about this company? Well, they are unbelievably rude and spiteful, they lie constantly about the status of orders, and continually "promise" that my order is "almost done" when they have not even begun the process to print my order. I have been waiting over a month for a very small order of t-shirts to be embroidered. When I was told, once again, they would be ready by the next business day, I asked to speak with a manager. The General Manager not only told me that their machines were, and had been broken, for quite some time but she continued to verbally curse me out for "harassing
