Services
Period restoration of front elevation in keeping with Second Empire Victorian era of this Somerville home. Added third-floor dormers to a colonial home in Cambridgeport. Gable dormers add space in the master bedroom, and new skylights provide light. Shed dormer on the building's rear side allows creation of a new bath.
This project is an addition to the original cape style colonial house located in Marshfield, distingished by the hand blown glass in the windows or doors, called Bulls Eye Glass. We like the look of these small windows to emulate this, we put small transum over the windows and doors. Our goal is not to over power the existing main house.
Period restoration of front elevation in keeping with Second Empire Victorian era of this Somerville home. Designed 1st floor extension and second floor porch for the back side of period house in Somerville. Made plans for period (Second Empire Victorian) restoration of front elevation, plans implemented in 2017.

I had the opportunity to work with Momentum Architecture in 2019 as part of a large residential property improvement. The scope of the work was challenging as it combined the replacement of a rubber roof with the re-building of an existing roof deck. We chose Momentum Architecture to handle the deck design and oversee the construction because of their experience and familiarity with the building codes in Cambridge. We have been very pleased with the quality of the work done by the crew they recommended and the design of the deck is stunning. Particularly important to our project was the guidance
