The employees at this store have gone above and beyond to provide amazing service to me multiple times. Today, I shipped some boxes to move away and they helped me unload the boxes, distribute the weight between them, find the best shipping option for me, and the lowest price. My interactions at this this store have been friendly and I recommend shipping items here whenever possible.

I packed something up weighed it and send it out with my dad to ship it. He ended up at the doors of this place. They overcharged him, the weight that they have on the receipt is incorrect and definitely in the favor of the store, when I called back to see how much the services were with receipt in hand, they told me they couldn't give me that information because it was "in bedded in the system" then I asked if it had already been shipped out because I wanted to grab it and get my money back. A guy named Jeremy said it already been sent out this was at 4:30. I'm looking at all the tracking information

A-1 Packaging recently moved the contents of my storage locker
(U Haul Storage) from W.L. to South Carolina. I live overseas and was not able to get home to organize the move. A-1 coordinated with U Haul and personally packaged and delivered my furniture from W. Lafayette to Kiawah Island, SC. The move was incredibly smooth and stress free. The price was very reasonable. All of my items arrived in excellent condition. Kevin takes personal responsibility for everything he ships. A definite 5 star experience!

I am very very happy with the experience I had here. I just brought in 3 items to ship, told them the box sizes I needed, and they packed it all and got it to the carrier for me. They even cut down a long box to fit a package within certain dimensions for me. All of this took about 3 minutes and $8. I will certainly be a return customer.

This is the only place I want to bring my packages! Kevin helped me fix my return to Amazon after I accidentally chose UPS Store instead of Drop Off Point. It was closing time and I had driven 40 minutes to get here. He was exceptionally professional even though if I were in his shoes I'd probably be chomping at the bit to go home at 2 pm on a Saturday. He was able to fix my mistake and was incredibly patient. Other places charge to return Amazon packages if you don't have a physical label. Not here. I was right on the edge of being able to return the items and I very much appreciate your help

Recently discovered this place because I needed to print (a ton) of documents for my job. Previously went to UPS, and it cost upwards of $100 for around 250 pages of black and white (standard document) printing. A1 Packaging Store will charge you about $30 for the same amount of pages. (0.25 cents vs 0.10 cents respectively, and UPS charges for the paper as well as printer time). If you want to save money...go here. They have an online service where you can upload the documents you want to print and they will be ready to pick up the same day, which is super convenient! You may have to call and

Wow, I wish shipping was this easy everywhere. A1 compares prices from various carriers and picks the best one, as well as packing your items for you. They also save your address from previous visits for extra convenience. The prices are affordable with minimal upcharge for packaging (they charged around $1.50 for a small shipping box). The transaction was fast and friendly.
They have these cool giant fish in an aquarium but it is waaaay too small, fish can barely turn around in there. I hope they change their minds about this display.

I needed to print a document from my email so I Googled "printing services near me" and went to a different store first. I couldn't figure out their self-service kiosk and neither could any of their staff so I left in frustration. Consulted Google again and found A1 packaging. I didnt even know this store offered more than just shipping and mailing services. The gentleman that assisted me was very professional, helpful, and polite. I received excellent customer service. Great service, always reliable, my go to for shipping. If you ever have problems at the post office you'll appreciate the welcome greeting that you get here. Great place! Always well staffed, so no matter what time I've shown up, I've never had to wait. Quick to help when they see you bringing in something huge, lightning fast to locate packages Fed Ex couldn't deliver and most interesting of all, they have super weird, gigantic fish obviously related to piranha, but much less ugly in the massive fish tank up front to look at while you wait for the guy to get or send your packages. I like when animals are in a business, it cheers the place up. This place is so fast, though, you barely have time to watch them looking at you.
