I needed locksmith for work on my front door so I called Bowles in the morning to see if they could help. Marissa answered the phone and was very pleasant. She thought someone could stop by to do the work on the way home that evening or the next day at the latest. She told me she would check the schedule and call me back. She did call back to let me know that someone would be there that evening and I would receive a call 1/2 hour out. I received a call 1/2 hour before the owner, Don, arrived. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He was able to resolve all of my lock issues in short order. From

Don was absolutely fantastic! We had a broken RV door lock that needed replacement and Don was able to leave to meet me as soon as we finished our call. He was prompt, professional and extremely kind! He took the time to advise on the best way to maintain the locks, and even helped fix the alignment on the door in addition to changing the locks. If ever I am in need of locksmithing services, I will not hesitate to call for Don's help again!
