Have ordered from them twice for birthday parties, and they have great follow up and delivery. Never had a problem with of their rental moonwalks. Loved the 24ft Slide!

Our friends rented a large obstacle course weeks ahead of time. The day of delivery they called to say they wouldn't be able to bring the inflatable at all. The party was themed around the inflatable and Party Moonwalks Texas offered no alternatives. Another inflatable had to be rented from another company last minute and all they were able to get was a slide. Don't ever rent from them unless you are ok with them cancelling your rental the day of your event!

Worst experience ever !
I had them booked for my daughters birthday party ...they required a deposit I paid It well in advance and then they call and request the full amount fine no big deal ... after I paid them in full ... they cancelled! with LESS THAN 24HRS NOTICE!! I must have called like 10 other places and they were either already booked or the price was too much (because at this point I'm paying double since I haven't gotten a refund ) Their excuse was "well we have a company emergency" my daughter was so disappointed definitely not how I wanted her to remember her birthday

TOTALLY RUINED MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY PARTY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU! They call 30 min before bounce house was supposed to be delivered and tell me they dont have a driver and that we had to pick it up ourselves from their warehouse despite the fact that we booked this months in advance. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are TERRIBLE!! They RUINED a good part of my party and didn't even apologize!! They came to my party 2 HOURS LATE. Not only did they come late, they body slammed the unit into our iron gate and knocked out our entire pot of food for the party. Didn't even apologize. My mother had to go purchase more food and they said they would refund but now they are going back on their word. I also talked to one of their employees for pick up and they said they haven't been paid in 4 weeks! (Maybe if they treated their employees better they would actually care about their job!) It's been two days

HURRICANE HARVEY: Please please give these guys your business. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Justin and his crew graciously donated a bounce house for a Hurricane Relief day that I organized for the children of a neighborhood that flooded. I called several local Bounce House businesses first and everyone turned me down. We are so thankful for Justin and the owners assistance!

I will like to say that I was smart enough to read the reviews before booking a rental from these people,but I didn't and I regret it so much. They have so many hidden fees and they have the worse costumer service. I rented a waterslide for $175 and was charged $25 in order to use it as an WATERSLIDE, plus delivery fees,plus a park fee and also a fee to send proof of insurance to the park and also insure the park,they didn't tell me this had a cost of $55 and since I had already given a deposit I didn't want to loose it. I paid $300 because only in fees it was $125. I asked them to waive the insurance

*NO STARS* Oh so disappointed with this company. Things seemed well at first until the day of our event. They arrived at 8:45 to set up. They were supposed to finished with setup at 8:30. The dunk tank itself takes an hour to fill, not to mention it had a leak. Because of there errors, we could not start our event until 11:30, 3 hours after our scheduled start time. When they got there, they left half the items off the truck. The items they did bring smelled of mildew. The delivery guy said his manager would bring the missing pieces, so we had to wait. He showed up at 10:00. I wanted to discuss

The customer service is terrible and the bad weather policy puts the customer at 100% risk and not the company. We had thunderstorms for the duration of our bounce house rental day. They charged me the full amount and offered no solutions or sympathy for an unfortunate situation that was out of my control. Save yourself the frustrations and risks of dealing with his company and rent from anywhere else.
