Services
Our solar systems come with a 10-year penetration warranty if your roof is in good condition. In fact, the only time we can't install solar on a roof is if that roof is structurally unsound. We inspect your roof before you go solar. If there are problems, we'll notify you. If you want to fix them, we can often get the roof work you want financed along with your solar.
All of our solar installations can be installed with a Energy Storage System. These systems can be added with your new solar system installation or retrofitted years later. Energy Storage Systems are not always financially feasible so we recommend that you meet with one of our Xperts to discuss if adding one is a good fit for you and your family.

It's now been 10 months since I signed with SolarXperts (Freedom Forever), it took them 9 months to actually install the panels, and now, over a month later and they have not even gotten it inspected. I've called so many times, and while they're nice enough, you never actually ever get any progress. They are so slow I wished I had gone with someone else. They promised, in fact to differentiate themselves from competitors, it would be operational by Summer (when I signed in January).
So we still don't have solar, now over 10 months later. Run, don't walk from this

If you find yourself, among these so called Xperts, beware cause the only thing they are good at is calculating how much commission you can make and at later stage how to price contracts to increase your own personal comission while selling people the big smoke of green energy at premium prices (from honest hard working people), I like to think of such companies as leeches to the society because the company will try to claim that they strongly prohibit such practices when in fact that's what they are built on, not only this, they will make you promises at the very first day

Absolutely horrible. I’ve had my solar panels installed in April, it is now September and still not operating. And the worst part is I’ve been charged 3 monthly payments now for the panels and they won’t respond for the reimbursement. I’m stuck paying my pge electrical along with my monthly solar payment which shouldn’t have been in effect until everything was working.

Such a horrible experience. Do not use solarxperts. Anywhere else has to be better. I puchased in February and it is now September and nothing. They installed and still haven't turned on. They promisec to reimburse me because i am now getting double billed by PG&E and the solar company. Where is the savings if I'm paying double. Shady pitched a good sales demo but disappeared after he got the sale. I never heard from him again. Sarah is the one that lies about getting any kind of reimbursement due to having to pay double now. Worst experience ever!

I've been looking into solar on and off for four years, almost more forward with a couple of companies but at the end of the day I wasn't fully enticed. My problem is I'm very sensitive about who does the work on my house and the quality of the work, I've had too many bad experienced with contractors and wanted to do my due diligence in my research.

I wasn't going to leave this review but my most recent interaction with this company compels me to do so. Like others, I was randomly greeted one day by a company rep at my house. After some discussion, I agreed to book an appointment to hear them out. The appointment was a week or so off, so I knew I had time to do some research and cancel if I wasn't interested. I had a really great experience from initial contact to operating status from PG&E. Justin was an excellent point of contact, was very knowledgable, and super helpful on a few inevitable snags that came up (not their fault). I was extremely impressed with the competence and professionalism of all the technicians that came to our house. The workmanship of everything is top notch, and everyone was willing to take time to answer any questions I had. We haven't really had the opportunity yet to see the system in action during a power failure, but I'm guessing PG&E is going to have

SolarXperts did an amazing job and we are so very pleased we decided to go solar and eliminate our electric bill! I was was pleasantly surprised when my first meeting for solar seemed to be going so smoothly. SolarXperts promised to beat any estimate, which I found surprising, but was happy to hear it. The Salesperson put me at ease, and I was impressed. My job was a bit more complicated though, so there were a few details that the Salesperson couldn't answer/estimate right away. I was told I'd have the estimate by the following Wed (initial meeting was on Saturday.) Near the end of day Wednesday, I called the salesperson. Never heard back.

I am very pleased. I looked into three companies and felt most comfortable with the clear options and great pricing I got. Very professional and friendly. I wanted solar but needed a new roof.
