We will pay you 10% of our commission to simply refer estates and large collections to us for processing. I have used EZDownsizing both as a buyer, but more importantly, also as a seller doing a self-managed auction sale using their platform. It worked great. My auction lots showed well on the site, and the owner was super helpful as I had questions. I'm already planning on another later in 2022.

My almost 12,000 sqft home sold much faster than we expected and I had 3 weeks to get everything out. I discovered ezDownsizing and they not only assured me they could get it done in that timeframe, they also assured me they could sell almost everything. We used EZD for downsizing before our move overseas. We also interviewed a few companies before hiring them. One of those other companies told us we would barely be able to make enough to cover their setup costs. First of all, EZD took our sale with no setup costs, just a commission with a minimum requirement sale amount. Next, the knew what they were looking at when Bryan made the initial assessment. We had hundreds of rare anime figures and manga, and they sold them all at decent prices. Our move came up fast, so there was no way we could have done that all ourselves. The alternative for us was

I buy at lots of different venues, especially estate sales. Ez Downsizing is one of my very favorite Estate Sale Companies. Quality and variety are amazing. Bidding is easy to use and once your payment mechanism is established it’s a breeze to bid. I like that the system lets you know when you’ve been outbid. It also reminds you when the auction is closing. Brian the owner is amazing and his staff is very helpful. This is by far, one of the best organized estate sale companies. Bryan McDaniel has set up a great website of value for me to list and run Estate Sales online and for anyone. He has assisted in every way possible for me to get the best value on items. He has spent a lot of time teaching me how to list jewelry, porcelain, and vintage glass. Without his help I would sell the items for far less. His help in organizing the sale has been invaluable.
