I have been in practice in Orange County for more than twenty years, caring for generations of patients. I am highly recommending this dentist. Him and his whole staff is very friendly, they get to know you and make you feel very comfortable. I've had a ton of dental work in my life and going to the dentist has given me so much anxiety. The numbing needle has always hurt so so bad!! Dr Robinson doesnt use the typical numbing needle! He uses a machine that isnt nearly as painful as the needle! This was such a blessing. This is the first dentist i've actually enjoyed going to! My family will be thier next patients!!

Dr. Robinson and his staff are literally the best of the best! He does exceptional work, and his team is top notch. Many members of my family and extended family have been coming to him for years, whether they have insurance or not, because the quality of his work is worth every penny and we know we are getting the very best without being sold more than we need. His office is spotlessly clean and he and his staff are always timely. He personally checks in with you after you have any dental procedure to make sure you're feeling okay. He has always let us come in right away for any dental emergencies

While I was attending dental school, I had the opportunity to shadow Dr Lance in his office. He treated every patient with genuine care and had the exceptional clinical skills to match his friendly, outgoing personality. Recently, he saw one of my family members who was having severe pain while on vacation in Orange County. He got her in immediately and diagnosed the problem to get her out of pain. He operates at a level far above the standard of care and I highly recommend him to all of my friends and family in the area!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Robinson since he started his practice. He is an amazing dentist but an even more wonderful person. He and his entire office staff are just remarkable people and where others dread going to the dentist I always truly look forward to my visits just to see all of these great people.

He will not over sale you or promote services that do not need to be performed .

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Went in for a second opinion and he was able to save me thousands. Previous dentist wanted to do root canals and caps. I ended up having lance do the work because he felt it was only necessary to do a filling. All the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Recommend to anyone who had fears involving dentistry.

I stumbled onto Dr. Robinson by chance many years ago when I needed a new dentist. I decided to give him a try and I'm really glad I did. He and his staff have set up a perfect environment to make going to the dentist as pleasant an experience as possible. Dr. Robinson is a true professional in every sense. I came to Dr. Lance on the referral of my friend, when my current dentist was traveling.... I could have not been more pleased!!! The ladies at desk were absolutely wonderful and made me feel at total ease! (I'm not the best when it comes to dental appointments) I didn't even have a chance to sit down, was taken back as soon as I walked in:)))) Dr. Lance was so sweet and gave off the best energy! I will from this day forward be a patient here!!!! So happy I was recommended!

Dr. Robinson is a highly skilled dentist and a great human being as well. He is a true "craftsman" in the way he works. He's also very personable and funny, which helps to reduce any fear you might have about going to the dentist. His dental hygienist, Jessica, is also very skilled and very gentle.
