I had scheduled a class for November 8-10 back in July due to my very busy and inflexible work schedule. I showed up to class on November 8th at the hotel mentioned in my class schedule to find out ACS had not held classes at that location for months. After reaching out to three different phone numbers I recieved a call back informing me the dates had been pushed back and the location changed. I had not recieved any notice of a change in schedule and could not reschedule to a later date without an "excuse letter" signed by my boss. ACS kept the testing fees they collected when I signed up for the

This class is terrible, complete waste of money. We had Dave as our instructor he was rude and got mad when people would ask questions. We went over 150 slides a day then took practice tests before we finished all the information. Now we are expected to take a test with 90 questions on information we barely learned. We saw each slide for maybe 10 seconds at a time then got practice tests thrown at us. I wish I could give this class no stars.

Paid 2,000$ to take this crane certification course. Absolutely biggest waste of money, if you are considering signing up for this class I highly recommend you don’t. There is no actual learning taking place just an instructor flipping through slides at the speed of sound with no opportunity to take notes and no guidance on what you need to know. Don’t take this crane course!!

American Crane School is great if you don't have a lot of time to get certified. It only takes 3 days and it was super affordable. The instructors were great, very knowledgeable, and the office staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience all around.

Outstanding instructors. Would recommend this place to anyone serious about getting a legitimate NCCCO certification to operate mobile telescopic fixed and swing cab cranes. The office staff is always eager to help. Give them a call.
