Steven L. Bornstein is originally from Brooklyn, New York, but attended law school in Houston, Texas. He has been a resident of Florida, since 1978. Linda Eastridge is our processor, she is the initial contact for Buyers, Sellers, Lenders and Real Estate Agents. Ingrid Rodriguez & Grace Quinones are the Closers for TRANSFER TITLE SERVICES, INC.

Title Insurance is a type of insurance that protects the policy holder against loss sustained through title defects. Closing, is the event where title to the property is transferred from the seller to buyer. At the closing all financial issues and all necessary paperwork to complete the transaction between the buyer and seller is handled.
