Browning Trophies and Awards is a 58 year old family owned and operated Trophy and Awards business. We opened in 1962 and since that time four generations of the Browning family have worked for the company. Our store is located in Garland, Texas in the heart of the Dallas Forth Worth area.

We built our company on fast, courteous service and high quality merchandise. Normal delivery time is 3 to 4 days on most items.

I have had multiple encounters with this company throughout the past 30 years. I find this company to be very rude, insensitive, and unwilling to be helpful no matter what I am requesting (with plenty of notice or as an emergency need). Why would I order 30 or 40 trophies from this company when they cannot accommodate two or three in an emergency! As a medical professional, they have the worst "bedside manner" ever, and I do never recommend them to snyone!! Smh

I have used the Mesquite location for many years and received superb customer service. I thought when they joined the main location that we would receive the same service, needless to say our organization has been very disappointed on more than 1 occasion. When I called on the status of my order it had been misplaced and was not ready. I'm thinking things happen but then Someone else in our organization had a similar issue with their order not being ready. Because of the misplaced order I did not have the plaque for my banquet.

Additional fees for engraving were not disclosed upfront until I was picking up my trophies. The gentlemen I dealt with when I questioned this was very unprofessional and laughed the whole time I questioned this. Most unprofessional behavior I have had to deal with as he kept laughing at the situation and giving responses like "I dont know what to tell you" Never would take my business back there nor send any referrals there.
