Buyer beware. My family and I have done business with Bus Supply for several years and have bought several campers from there. Until now there hasn't been an issue. We've even recommended this company to most of our friends and family. However after the way my elderly parents were treated we will never shop there again. I understand that business is business and a handshake and a man's word isn't worth much anymore but I foolishly thought Bus Supply was different. I was sadly mistaken. I saw a travel trailer they had advertised online and noticed it was much cheaper than the same model everywhere else. I called to ask what was wrong with it, to which they replied, "nothing, it's brand new."
Apparently, when the RV prices skyrocketed they didn't adjust the price on it because it was unethical. They had it in inventory since before the prices blew up. I was pleasantly surprised. I went ahead and put a deposit over the phone for them to hold it for me over the weekend. Cole Paulk was very helpful and professional during the process.

Our salesperson (Cole) was patient and very helpful. The other staff was friendly as well. We found the pull camper we wanted. Over all a pleasant as well. We've had a A class and a C class but this was our first pull camper . They had someone to do a walk through and he showed us how everything worked. We really appreciate that.

Bought our camper from here and it had a leak since it was still under warranty took it back up there to get it fixed they kept it 2 weeks then said all was good went back to work using camper and it was still leaking ... went back there cause again still under warranty and they "fixed it " again no ... well I had to go back to work so I left it under cover so it would not get worse .. when I got home it was no longer under warranty... so here I am with a leaking camper ... now since they did not fix it the last 2 times I took it else where to have it fixed ... and because they didn

Very nice visit, we stopped by just to look around and we were greeted with a very welcoming staff as if we were friends already and in the heat of the day we were shown anything we asked about and a few that were great for what we were looking for and we were not even sure what we wanted. Best sales experience ever at an RV market place and I have been to many over the years.

My dad bought his 5th wheel here. We drove from Texas to Mississippi to buy this particular 5th wheel. The guys here didn't seem overly friendly. They were friendly enough. But when spending 70k, and driving across 2 states to give them our business, one would think they would be more eager to... idk. Welcome us, talk to us. My dads 5th wheel had some issues. They fixed them. However, his generator kept sputtering and died. The tech said it was low on fuel. Now that he's had it home for over a week, he's filled the fuel tank up & it's still sputtering and dies. So. That's an issue. My experience
