We contacted Tonna for information regarding replacement of our water softener. Clint came to show us what they have to offer.
Clint showed us the three softeners they carry and explained what the differences were and also the benefits of each. Good information and no pressure to decide on the spot. Now we have to decide.

Our technician was very kind and helpful. Within minutes of being here, he was able to identify the problem with our system and offer ended to enroll us in their maintenance program. Although I was skeptical at first, the savings it provided and the services it offers is well worth the deal. I am very thankful to find this company and receive great service with our technician.

I appreciate the many service calls and conversations on how different measurement devices can come up with such variable temperature and humidity readings. Within 10 years I've practically paid for the same heat and air system twice. Finally replaced the mother board, reconnected loose wires, and am ready start all over again.

Service guy was horrible..!! He gave me a quote of $350 right away not even checking out if it was a leak somewhere or low on refrigerant with my AC unit.. I paid the $89 service fee.. He was only there for 15mins.. I guess thats how he makes his money.. I called a different company and they spent time in finding out what the problem was.. didn't cost me $350.. Tonna

Absolutely perfect experience. I had to call after hours when my furnace stopped running on a Sunday. My call was answered promptly and I was quickly contacted by a technician, Randall. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was respectful of my work schedule and came out at 9 pm after he tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He quickly found the problem and patiently explained it to me. He gave me some very useful maintenance tips. I plan to stick with Tonna for future furnace maintenance & to have my air conditioner checked in the spring. I highly recommend them!

We recently signed up with Tonna Mechanical for one of their service plans. Today was our HVAC Fall inspection. We had a similar plan with a different company when we lived in the Kansas City area. The plan from Tonna Mechanical is half the monthly cost and the technician, Jamie, was extremely professional and thorough.
In addition to going over our furnace in detail, he also checked our gas lines for leaks, inspected our water heater, and cleaned our air exchange unit. He also took the time to completely explain the air exchange unit to me, which I confess I did not completely understand

We came home from a day trip to Minneapolis to find a giant leak in the plumbing in our basement. Even though it was a Saturday night, Tonna was able to send a plumber out within an hour and a half of our call (he was at another call just before us). Brian was efficient and very friendly. Our leak was fixed within 25 minutes of his arrival. Hopefully I won't need emergency service anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely call Tonna back!

Do not use them if you have an alternative. We have been without hot water for five days. They ordered the wrong part for a hot water heater we installed through them less than 2 years ago. Instead of just driving to the twin cities to get us the correct part they let it filter down through the mail. when I called today to complain about not having hot water. The manager of the office actually laughed during our conversation. We have 4 boys and have had not hot water for a week. They think it is funny some how and do not go out of their way to correct their own mistake. If they would have

Good, great, fabulous, wonderful. That sums it up. I know zilch about heaters and AC's. But, I know when my heater doesn't work and it is 10 below. What I didn't know is where to call. Based on Google searches and reviews, I knew a few companies to steer clear of and decided to take a chance on Tonna.
