I knew exactly what size I wanted, and the staff on both visits gave me options. No one tried to talk me into something larger or more expensive. They discussed the pros and cons of the tubs. When I asked to order one further out so I could have time when the weather was better to get my deck built, they offered to hold it as a display as long as needed.
One of the best things was that the price I quoted included a cover and delivery and set up! No added charges. Very nice people.

I called ready to spend thousands of dollars on a spa for our vacation home. The lady that answered the phone was immediately rude and was basically yelling at me as if i was being annoying. I understand people have off days but that was above normal. If it wasn't for such bad customer service, i would have bought one on the spot. Make sure you don't ask too many questions our this company will throw a tiffy. It is small businesses like these that are killing the industry for great companies.

Our hot tub was acting up, heater not working, half of the spa not working, we jumped to the conclusion we needed to put a ton of parts into it. Called and talk to Mitzi, GREAT costomer service, was walked through trouble shooting, was able to fix for zero money. Keep this business in mind for your hot tub needs!
