Eric came out same day for a quote. He was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining all the options available. Bryan called before coming out to install just a few days later. We cannot say enough about this company and Eric the owner. We contracted with Eric about three or four years ago to purchase and install plantation shutters in our home. He did an outstanding job with never a problem or complaint. We received a number of compliments on the looks as well as the quality of his product and work. We had received a ton of quotes from numerous blind installers including The Blind Guide. Eric was the one who came out to give us a quote. He was the most professional, honest installer that we spoke with and he made us feel very comfortable with choosing him. Their prices are very competitive and the lowest that we found. We had about 20 plus windows to have blinds installed on and I thought this would be an all day job but they finished in under an hour. Wow! What a wonderful job! Eric helped us from start to finish. Easy to work with as he took the time to examine all our options. We picked out the styles and colors to match our furnishings and house colors-- surely couldn't have done that with the "big box" stores. Professional, friendly, prompt, efficient with good prices.
