I'd give the actual visit 5 stars- the nurse practitioner was great- thorough and answered all of my questions. However, a routine blood test was ordered. I was first told to go to Sharp labs for the test so I drive there right after my appointment. I get there and am told they don't accept my insurance, so I turn around and drive back to the doctor's office. They admit they made a mistake, apologize, and tell me to go to LabCorps instead and give me a printout of all of the locations I can visit. At this point I'm very happy they corrected the situation so quickly. I then drive to the LabCorps

Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Hamidi has a terrible bedside manner. I have to call every time to confirm my lab results. Every time I explain my symptoms, Hamidi dismisses them and says it's nothing. She also cares more about money than customer service or her patients. My billing experience was a nightmare and I have never been treated more rudely. Steer clear of this doctor's office

Wish I could give this place no stars because they deserve to be put out of business. To begin I need a simple referral to an obgyn, i have been to previously to get a simple procedure they do not offer at their office. They don't ever have any openings of convenience because they close everyday at 2 or 3. Weekends are not a thing to this place. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment just to be weighed, bp taken, and to be lectured about my weight as if I didn't know how much I weighed (just for a referral). Before the initial appointment I was told to arrive 15 min before my appointment

Experienced staff and people who are really knowledgeable about medicine.
An excellent MD who is well versed in sports/weight/internal medicine, who is also well traveled and open minded.
I highly recommend Dr. Hamidi as she was great at helping me set up a solid plan of care to help me reach my health and fitness goals!

I had an appointment with her the last week and my baby 9 months was sick and i dont have anyonr to look after him whilr i can go and return back ;so i called her to postpone the visit and this was my first visit to her for a general consultation.I was shocked that she will charge me of 50dollars because this is her policy if anyone will cancel the appointment.

I have visited Dr. hamidis office 4 times and have never met her. I walk in and the staff are always complaining about something or whining about how Dr. hamidi isn't there but she keeps calling them and bothering them. I have never been able to get an app with her, just her nurse practitioner, who seems more interested in typing on her computer and sending me to pick up meds then actually look at me. This last visit was my last straw. I had an extremely infected ingrown toenail that needed to be taken care of ASAP. I made the app thinking it would be taken care...but instead I wasted 45 mins

I am writing this review in hope of others seeing the truth.
My mother was a patient for a long time. I agree with zero respect, politeness, follow up, return calls, results of lab work, lack of referrals.
I even went with my mother and advocated for her needs and concerns. Well we got no where.
Now my mother has my doctor and she is in good hands. Today she was diagnosed with Dementia, kidney disease and blood clots in her legs. Found out the medicines she was prescribed before cause strokes. Until 2 weeks ago she hadn't slept more than 3 to 4 hrs a night for quite awhile.

If I could give zero stars I would! Awful Doctor and awful service. She doesn't care about her patients and doesn't care to notify them if she no longer covers your insurance. When you are in her office you are treated like a burden rather than a real patient. I went to her for over 3 years and she suddenly stopped carrying my insurance in 2014 & NEVER EVER notified me and continued taking my $20 co-pay. Now I am left with a very high bill when I HAVE INSURANCE. Horrible doctor. Horrible facility and not knowledgeable staff. NEVER GO TO DOCTOR HAMIDI, awful experience.

Decided to go to this office after reading the good reviews online. My first visit was great as I saw Julie and a blonde, female doctor whose name I cannot remember. A few weeks later I found out a few of my tests came back abnormal-which was very worrying. I called 4 times in the next two weeks trying to get a hold of a doctor. No one called me back. When I visited the office again a few weeks later to get my questions answered, I saw Dr. Hamidi. Not a happy patient.. I have tried her now for a couple of months. I had lab work done. I had to call the office for the results! Many many times.. Finally after 2 weeks they called me . Instead of every 6 months or once a year, she makes me come in every 3 months in order to get my prescriptions refilled.. It goes by so fast that when i go to get my refills, they have expired and so, i call the office for refills.. Been waiting 3 days and I keep calling the pharmacy and her office.. I leave messages, talk to the receptionist. She said she will let the doctor know. Still no refill!

My wife went in to get her eye checked out because she had pink eye. Let's just say this place needs some fixing up to do, looks a little dirty and unprofessional. Speaking of unprofessional, the medical assistant or nurse, whoever she was, was chewing her gum obnoxiously while talking with us.
Anyway, my wife was pregnant at the time, and she asked us why we didn't go to our OBGYN instead. My wife told her that her OBGYN just specializes in that and not in pink eye. After that, she was just plain rude and gave us an attitude!
