There are many moving parts that need to be cleaned and oiled to prevent your machine from locking up. 3 Flat rate on routine service: $69 on most models (No teaser rate with $20-50 in fees for minor adjustments). Once your machine is serviced it's covered by our 90-day service guarantee. If there are any problems within 90 days bring your machine back in and we'll adjust it free of charge.

Pretty disappointed with my overall experience here. I went in this afternoon with an elderly woman I care for. She wanted to get out and about, and wanted to see what this little shop had. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a gentleman who asked what we were looking for. She explained she was just looking around, looking for things she may be able to do, things that interest her. He very rudely told her that they just deal with sewing machines, and cut her conversation off at that, and didn’t welcome us to look around, just stood there staring at us. I had a wonderful experience today with their repair service! I called about a problem with my machine. I did not purchase it from them and it is not even a brand they sell. However, the technician was willing to speak with me directly. He told me that the problem most like was a pin or other object lodged inside the embroidery arm. I asked if it was something I might be able to fix myself, as I really needed my machine immediately. He said it probably was and explained what to do. I was able to get into the machine, removed a straight pin and was quickly running again. What a wonderful experience

Decent prices, and a dealer who works with you to get you what you need for any task. I've been in classes where there are several foot options for a task. They encourage you to try the various options in class and only purchase when you find what works for you. I usually learn something every time I visit just talking to the owner or staff.

My sister and I stopped just to see what they had. Even though we purchased our machines from different dealers the staff treated us as if we got them there.
Knowledgeable about all the machines, no deer in the headlights look when you started asking questions about the machines. I was impressed and that's not an easy thing to do; I am a Tailor, Bridal seamstress and professional embroiderer.
They get our business from now on and our next machine purchase will be from here (and I have my eyes on several machines). It's an hour drive for us to get there.

If you enjoy sewing and live within driving distance to Greencastle, PA, you should really consider stopping by this shop. I have purchased several Babylock machines and had numerous questions from using the machines to sewing, and anyone I talk to at Stitch N Time was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me.
