This company has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Lorraine Fender is who I spoke with and she has zero knowledge about the covenants in our neighborhood while offering zero assistance of any kind. I asked for documentation she said I could not have which is fine and I understand the reasons but the incredibly rude and nasty way she talks to people is the problem. She told us and I quote “we are nothing to her and she doesn’t have to help us.” We asked about the street lights in our neighborhood and she said we have to call
