First time Harco customer, overall a great experience. We had Karl and James deliver our dryer - they were so so, ABSOLUTELY incredible! They were abnormally patient in helping us figure out pricing for the machines properly. Listened to us. Geniunely wanted to help. Embodiment of what customer service should be. Went above and beyond too, walked us through what we might need to know for other renovations we were doing in the house. Clearly knowledgeable. I just received absolutely outstanding service from Harco. We bought a new commercial front load washer for our building and it arrived literally the next day, they took the old one and made sure the new one properly installed and working. Great customer service all around, now I can go enjoy the sunshine. Thank you Harco!!

This company has great service, their response time was fast and answered all my questions. We received our new washer and dryer 3 days after the order was placed. Our machines are working great. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. And in future will continue to use this company for any commercial washers and dryers that my company needs.

Have been dealing with Harco for over 30 years for equipment, service and parts and have NEVER had an issue.
Senior management is always responsive to our purchase needs.
Service is candid and trustworthy.
Parts staff are always helpful and go the extra mile to research what you need even when you dont have a proper serial number for your equipment.
The bad reviews are obviously from people who are NOT SUCCESSFUL business operators and expect "something for nothing".
It's expensive to be cheap.

Booked a service call, guy came in and mostly fixed all the machines. Waited a month to get a quote on a few machines to be fixed, and when I asked about the machines that weren't fixed prior (dryer button and washer door), they simply said to make another service call because they already closed out that call. I love to pay twice to get one fix.

I would not recommend this company for anything! We called regarding a dryer that was blowing fuses , they sent a technician who could not figure out the problem, cleaned out some lint and changed a fuse which we had already done several times prior to his arrival. It blew a fuse again on the next use so the same guy came back, still could not figure it out and recommended we call an electrician. We did that, paid more money and there was nothing wrong with the wiring. We finally called another company and they diagnosed the problem immediately, needed a motor therefore we purchased a new
