Our approach to health care is team-based. This means while your primary care will often be completed by one of our doctors, an entire support team of nurses and physicians assistants is assisting you with additional coverage before and after your visits. Dr. Mansfield is an expert at sitting down and really listening to the patient.

I love this place! The doctor, Dr. Mansfield is one of the best doctors I have ever been to in my entire life. He spends the time to diagnose and treat you, and he is the one who found my broken ribs I had complained about for 2 weeks, after having the hospital and ER departments do X-rays 2 different times. The man is top notch in his field, giving you 100% every time. I highly recommend him and his amazing staff.

Primary Care Specialists has been amazing. The night after my daughter was born she spiked a fever which turned out to just be a mistake with how it was read but regardless Dr. Mansfield came to the hospital in the middle of the night to check on her. The doctors and staff have always been so kind and put my mind at ease whenever my daughter is sick. They go the extra mile and take excellent care of my family. I will never go to anyone else and recommend them to everyone. Thank you for everything you do Primary Care!

I always have a good experience at Primary Care Specialists. The medical staff are competent and thorough. They really listen to my concerns, they keep good records of any issues I'm having, and they always follow up at my next appointment to see how I'm doing. I feel they genuinely care. They also remind patients of important health "to do's" such as flu shots and annual mammograms. I feel my health and well-being are in good hands with Primary Care Specialists!

The people that work there are by far the best all the way around. Not only are they very professional at what they do but they make you feel very comfortable and treat you with respect and courtesy. They make you feel as if you are a priority. There was very little wait time unlike so many other medical providers Dr Mansfield and Mikell are a great team. I would highly recommend anyone to go there for medical treatment of any kind.

I have had excellent care from Dr. Maynard, Holly, and their staff. My appointments have ALWAYS been without wait times and the care and support are unbeatable. They also care for my elderly mother and Dr. Maynard saved her life many years ago by hearing a defect in her heart which required heart surgery be done in Salt Lake City. I will always be grateful.

I have been using Primary Care Specialists for a few years now, and I love them. From the office staff to the Doctors, the service is first class. I am able to have my bloodwork and x-rays performed right in the office without waiting for additional appointments. The staff is friendly and listens to all your needs and concerns. The environment is not just clean but it is also roomy not crowded with others patients all close. The receptionis greets all with a nice smile. I am very impressed with how little of waiting time I have experienced with all my appointments. Great experience.
