GJPD uses pre-filled drywall, glue and 100% screws and only the highest quality products including metal paper faced corner bead for outside corners and straight flex for interior off angles. Taping includes a three-coat finish, sanded and ready for prime. All new construction homes are bid with the cost of the 1-year punch list for screw pops and/or cracks included.
