I recently hired Steve to install a nest doorbell amid other things. When I scheduled the service, I asked if he had experience in installing a nest doorbell. He said yes. Unfortunately, I learned once he arrived that he had never installed one. Nor did he view the video on how to install one. The following day, I spoke to Nest who advised that the installation had been done incorrectly. I contacted Steve to ask him to come back and fix the problem. While he said he would, he sent me a number of texts blaming me for the problem and made it very clear that I was inconveniencing him. With that attitude
