Includes an assessment & treatment, as well as a discussion of your progress & adjustment of your plan of care as needed.

How does Chinese medicine work? Learn about the basic concepts of Chinese medicine, such as Yin & Yang theory, 5 Element theory, and Chinese concepts about internal organs. We will begin to explore the basics of Chinese medical diagnosis, including Chinese face, tongue and pulse diagnosis. We will also look at treatment with acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, cupping, lifestyle and dietary changes based in Chinese medical theory.
