Great Salesman - Mediocre Results
Cedar deck stain coverage was not even. His response was slow - by then the stain was sealed in and it was too late to fix. He did not offer a reasonable resolution nor a discount for not being satisfied for his work. - The stain product was good- it just wasn't applied evenly.
