I want to Thank Heritage Pools for a great job replacing our pool liner … this is the third time we have replaced our liner and by far they were the most professional and efficient from start to finish.
Kasey our coordinator was a pleasure to work with and very responsive and informative throughout the entire process and we really enjoyed the crew that did the actual work.

Every single employee was professional, kind and helpful. What most impressed me is the constant communication from MacKenzie pending construction starting. She was just keeping us informed of progress and checking in with us. GREAT customer service in the way to keep your customers updated during the time we waited for our project to start. I have been following Heritage Pools since moving to Summerville in 2009. When I moved to my new home in 2017 I knew that I would be having Heritage design and build my dream oasis. They are amazing! It was a year of pandemic and supply chain issues but they were up front from the beginning. Mackenzie coordinated with me regularly. I have 100 emails back and forth. Communication was vital for me and Ms. Mackenzie communicated with a great sense of humor. Heritage Pools is a great company. I had a wonderful experience with them from beginning to end of our pool construction. The employees are all very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The office staff maintains frequent communication regarding the construction process and timeline. The customer service is better than any other company I've dealt with in Charleston. I couldn't be happier about the entire process and finished product! I can't recommend Heritage Pools enough!!!

Larry, Mackenzie and Papi are a great team at Heritage Pools. We had great customer service from picking out our fiberglass pool, through the construction phase, and the finishing touches. Everyone was polite, understanding of our questions and quick as responding to our emails/questions. We are loving our new pool and would highly recommend Heritage pools. Actually, already have recommended them to friends.
