Our healthy lawn care program promotes overall good turf health, vigor, and color throughout the year. Weed control is obtained with market leading products using pre-emergent and post-emergent methods. Routine turf inspections, during our lawn care application, help us determine if other pests or diseases are present during the service.
Core Aeration is the process of making thousands of small holes in the turf. These holes allow fertilizer, water, and air to reach the root zone quicker, resulting in new growth and increased root development. These holes also open up the soil and help reduce thatch build up and soil compaction, allowing your lawn to breathe and grow.
This application of disease control is applied to prevent or reduce the active status of a fungus. Our fungicide products lead the market in control. Although we use high quality products, some active fungi need multiple treatments. Insect control using Crosscheck, this insecticide is used to control a wide range of insects and pests, including ants, spiders, crickets, and various multi-legged pests.

Dan and his crew were great. They transformed lot we bought next to our home in downtown Wilmington into an amazing yard. They did a custom patio and walkway and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this crew to anyone. His guys work hard and are very professional.

Bowman's Best did a great job on our yard. The company that was doing our yard became very lackadaisical with their work ethics. After some research we called Bowman's Best. Dan Bowman came to our house, look over our yard and gave us a written proposal to care for our lawn. Bowman's Best is prompt, they show up when they say they will. Our lawn looks the best it has in years. I would highly recommend Bowman's Best!

Bowman's took over our lawn care last fall. Our yard had been neglected for several years. We have a lot of dead areas from fungus, hurricane debris and broken sprinklers. We had them schedule regular chemical treatments, fix irrigation problems (not easy and several trips) and replace some of the dead areas with new sod. It's been about an eight month process, and our yard looks GREAT! We had them come back and clean up the flower beds and install new mulch. Our yard looks better then new. We struggled to find a good company, and couldn't be happier with Bowman's.
