I am thoroughly pleased with Eric, the tech that helped with my computer problem. He didn't give up when he was presented with one problem after another. He does a great job of explaining what is going on and was able to correct the problem. Very pleased!!

I just want thank Box Support for all their support. Had some scammers try and tell me I has viruses and spyware. Called Box Support and they took care of the problem. What a great bunch of people to have working for you. You can really trust them. Been with them two years.

My service tech was Eric and he was very insightful to the questions that I had and the cleaning of my computer. He took care of the problems I had and stopped a Zues virus before it had ruined and lock up my computer. Thanks for all that you did to get my computer up and running faster than it did before

This is the 3rd time I have received help from Box Support.
Now, finally, Erick has worked the problem out. I was about to give up on Box Support.....have been paying monthly for a long time. I feel much better now that I know my old email is gone.
