I gave this location 3 stars because the staff that works there are very friendly. I feel that the downside to this entire store is it return and exchange policy. My experience in retail and business is that if you cannot trap customers with products that they don't love with horrible return policies, it will blow up in your face. When i called them yesterday i was told immediately they do not exchanges if the product has already been used. However when I explained to them i wanted a much more "expensive" machine they agreed to do the exchange. However it clearly states on there receipt exchange
